Comfy bed, clean room, nice decor, convenient location in Randwick. Good value compared to other places in the area. Friendly staff, quiet room despite noise from downstairs bar and eatery. No breakfast, but enjoyed dinner both nights. Well-appointed rooms, impressed by the service.

The hotel's breakfast options were overpriced and the manager was rude and unprofessional towards a guest's bill inquiry.

Recently renovated and clean room. Great reasonably priced meals with yummy dessert. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Security door did not close properly, giving a feeling of insecurity. No access to car park for moving luggage and limited access for disabled individuals.

Cozy rooms, friendly service, and good value for money. We've been coming to the Royal for years and loved the character it used to have. However, it's no longer the same. The rooms are now noisy, and we had trouble with the Wi-Fi. But the food was decent, the bar staff were mostly good, and the cleaners were amazing. Despite the changes, I would still recommend this hotel. a satisfactory stay.
